What can we help you find?

Every 1 Matters 2016

If we are going to be a church that mirrors the heart of God, then we have to care about what He cares about. We are here to carry out the mission that Jesus began 2000 years ago—to change the world one life at a time, one heart at a time, one person at a time.

Vision

In Luke 5:27-32 we see Jesus call Matthew, a tax collector, to become one of his disciples. Matthew then has a big celebration at his home. The Pharisees spoke against Jesus here, and many other times for spending time with tax collectors and sinners. Jesus' response gives us an example of how we ought to view reaching those who don’t know him. This example is so important to our mission of reaching 10,000 people for Christ.

Crew Members, Not Passengers!

When we ask you to serve, we’re not asking you just to come and do something for others. We are inviting you to come and be a part of something for yourself. Real, authentic spiritual growth is found when we get outside of ourselves and we begin to use the gifts that God has given to us.

Outside These Walls

Jesus didn't come to establish a place, he came to establish a people. Because of that, our goal, as a church is to help people find the way back to God. At Parker Hill, we believe that good deeds plant good seeds. We can say all that we want, but if we’re not taking action and impacting our community, we won’t reach our goal of seeing 10,000 people come to know Jesus.
