Do you sometimes feel like you are waking up from a bad dream, only to discover it wasn’t a dream at all? Life can feel that way during these trying times. We wonder when or if our lives will get back to normal. However, being confined at home has given us time to think about the brevity of life. Some of us have rested for the first time in years. We are learning to be thankful for little things, like sunshine, green grass, and ice cream cones. We’ve realized the importance of surrounding ourselves with people we love, as we have lived through forced separation and social distancing. Most of all, we appreciate the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross. As we draw closer to His return, let’s draw closer to Him. Let the light of Jesus shine through you so others may be encouraged.
In cooperation with orders from the PA Department of Health, and out of a heart of concern and care for our community, masks are now required for everyone ages 2+ while inside Parker Hill Church buildings.
