Primary Function
Facilities Assistants provide support to the Director of Facilities through the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the building and grounds of Parker Hill campuses.
This role is ideally suited for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for leadership in a volunteer setting.

Expectations
- Prompt and dependable with regard to scheduled work hours
- Skilled and experienced in building maintenance and cleaning
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate special events
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs. and maintain physical activity throughout workday
Primary Duties
- Facilities Cleaning: vacuuming, windows, bathrooms, floor maintenance, etc.
- Service and Event Set-Up: setting up chairs and tables as required by various ministry areas
- Maintenance: Painting, wall repair, general maintenance of buildings and grounds
Secondary Duties
Facilities Assistants may be called upon to perform additional functions which may not be considered part of the normal job function.
