Our Plan for Reopening

Get the details for returning to in-person services.

At-A-Glance

Reopening Date: Sunday, October 25

Service Times: 10:00 AM at all campuses

Capacity: 50% occupancy to allow for safe distancing

Kids Ministry: Available for Birth–5th grade, or kids can stay with parents in the auditorium

Masks: Encouraged for adults, required for children ages 3+ if they are dropped off in our Kids area

What to Expect: Adults

We’re excited to begin gathering with you again for in-person services at our campuses. Our first priority is the health and safety of our Crew, staff, and everyone who chooses to attend a service in-person. For those reasons, and in response to the guidance from our state government and health officials, our services will take on a modified form. Here’s what you should be aware of:

Masks encouraged

Adults are encouraged to wear masks while inside our buildings. Staff and Crew members are required to wear masks at all times.

50% seating capacity

There will be plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Registration not required.

If we reach 50% capacity, overflow areas will be ready for additional people.

Live band and worship

Each campus will have a live band to lead us in singing.

Video Teaching

The message will be delivered by video at each campus.

Giving

Giving buckets will not be passed. Transition to online giving for a safer giving option.

Cafe

The cafe will be open. No self-serve options will be available.

Cleaning

Facilities will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.

What to Expect: Kids

We’re so excited to have you and your family back in our buildings for church.  There are a few important details about our Kids environments that you should be aware of.

Masks Required (ages 3+)

Kids ages 3+ who are in our environments will be required to wear masks since it is not feasible to enforce social distancing. Staff and Crew members are required to wear masks at all times.
