What can we help you find?

The world we live in celebrates the busiest, the fullest, the richest, and the loudest. Everything and everyone around us demands our attention, our time, our money, and our emotion. If we want it to end, then we need to build some margin into our lives. In this series, we’ll look at practical ways to eliminate distractions, and prioritize the best stuff for a better life and a closer relationship with God.

Crazy Busy

We wear busyness like a badge of honor. Being busy is always a typical response when some asks how we are. Most of the time we fill our schedules we things that truly don't matter and wears us down. Creating margin in our lives will fill us up with what God truly desires for our lives.

The Time of Your Life

Our time is very important, but also very limited. How we choose to fill our time is what fills us up. Making decisions about saying no to the good things allows us to say yes to the best things.

Technology can be a great tool. We can find out anything with a quick search and also watch our favorite movie. But this good thing can easily distract us from spending the time with God that we need. Overcoming this distraction and saying "no" when it starts to take up most of our time will lead us to a better relationship with God.

Breathing Room

Hurry is the enemy of peace. When we wear ourselves thin or occupy our time with things that won't bring us closer to God, we find ourselves stressed, overtired, worn out, and impatient. Learning to have margin in our lives will lead us closer to Jesus and fill ourselves with the things that truly matter.
