This I Believe

Knowing what you believe and why you believe it is foundational for every Christian. But it’s easy to get overwhelmed in a book as vast as the Bible—especially if you don’t know where to begin. In this series, we’ll look at the core beliefs of Christianity through the lens of the Apostles’ Creed—one of the earliest and most concise summaries of Christian doctrine. We’ll break down the twelve statements of the Apostles Creed to examine what they mean, why we can believe them, and how they are more than mere words.

On the Third Day

The resurrection is the cornerstone of the Gospel message; it’s what sets Christianity apart from every other religion. As the Apostle Paul wrote, “If Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith.” But how do we know it really happened? Is there enough evidence to compel belief?
