In a handcrafted letter to yourself from your future self, what would your words say? Are you full of boast or shame, love or hatred, pride or regret, or a mixture of all those things? I found a definition of “mixture” that says, “an aggregate of two or more substances that are not chemically united and that exist in no fixed proportion to each other.” I believe we all have a chemistry unique to us. One that God doesn’t shake His head at, rather smiles upon knowing He can use our story for His glory. Though our stories follow us to Heaven, God will renew us, seeking re-writes of our letters until we get it right – until we are each aligned with His purpose for us. When we are renewed, we’ll no longer be an aggregate, but simply and only what God has created us to be.
Job 33:26 NIV
