We get so wrapped up in finding the perfect gifts for everyone on our list, and then some more, that we lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas.  Traffic, long lines at the register, spending way too much money, the gift wrapping, and the list goes on.  It’s stressful even thinking about it!  God sent His only son to save the world.  To save you, to save all of us, from our sins without a price tag and with complete peace.  Jesus came into a world of chaos, which we remember just as we allow chaos to happen from the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas Day.  So let’s pause and rejoice in the marvel of God’s perfect gift to us.  Take time to sit and read your bible or share the story of Christ’s birth with someone who doesn’t know it.  Wrap those you love with God’s word and give the everlasting gift of faith.
